L&D Lead in Smart Team

L&D Lead Kyiv Hello! We are Smart Team Fintech Community, a group of FinTech companies with offices in Ukraine, Cyprus and Dubai. Currently, our HR team already has 1 L&D specialist, we are currently looking for an L&D Lead Functional position: — Audit of existing L&D projects and relevant policies — Development of L&D strategy, taking into account the strategy and goals of both the entire company and individual teams — Identification and understanding of specific training and development needs of individual employees, teams and the company as a whole — Development of effective training programs that correspond to the company's goals and L&D strategy — Launch of training products with the involvement of internal and external speakers — Facilitating the development of a culture of learning in the company — Understanding business needs and skills gaps that exist, thanks to close cooperation with management and managers — Facilitating talent development at all levels of the company, from new employees to managers ( including training of novice managers)—Perception of learning different styles, methods and learning preferences, such as e-learning, conferences, coaching and others. —Development of training programs to meet internal needs —Monitoring of industry trends and readiness to adapt —Definition and monitoring of indicators for measuring the effectiveness and impact of training programs on company performance levels —Planning, organization and implementation of initiatives, including management of budgets, deadlines, and resources.
