Duties: Implementation of the annual evaluation process of employees (updating the methodology, conducting the evaluation, coordinating the evaluation in businesses, finalizing the results); Implementation of the Talent management system (updating the methodology, conducting selection procedures, supporting individual development of Talents assessment of process efficiency, making suggestions for improvement); Implementation of employee training on corporate competencies (updating the Competency Model, creating educational content, closing training needs on competencies, coordination of the Institute of Internal Trainers); Implementation of training outside of corporate competencies (formation of an up-to-date product portfolio, organization and conducting training, scaling products in Business); projects for Businesses. Requirements: Higher education in the field of economics, psychology or HR; 5 years of work experience in the field of personnel training; 2 years of experience in managing a team of managers; Talent management; Experience in the implementation of training and assessment processes and coordination of these processes between different divisions/Businesses; Experience in the implementation of the Talent management system; Experience in conducting training programs, assessment centers; Experience in project activities - implementation of L&D projects according to the needs of the customer; below Upper Intermediate.
