Asthe L&D Administrative Coordinator, your role will bepivotal inenhancing the positive Macpawian learning experience byorganizing and administering the company’s corporate/individual education processes. Inthis role, you will: Process Macpawians’ individual education requests, organize payments and contract signing ifneeded, and maintain communication between colleagues, internal teams, and education providers Administrate the process ofcorporate language lessons bymaintaining communication with providers. Coordinate English group corporate education. Gather and process employees’ feedback inorder toprovide suggestions onhow toimprove the effectiveness ofeducation Handle HR-related payments and contract-signing processes, communicate with external providers and internal teams, organize purchases, fill inand maintain needed reports/documents Maintain and update Macpawians’ L&D data inthe HRIS (individual education budget, training costs, and English level import) Participate inorganizing company educational events, plan and request needed services/purchases, coordinate participants and maintain communications, handle scheduling, etc. Participate inautomation and digitalization ofonboarding/offboarding processes and education requests inorder tooptimize team processes and make them more efficient Skills you’ll need tobring: Experience inHR processes administration Atleast anupper-intermediate level ofEnglish Excellent communication skills inboth Ukrainian &English Experience with HRIS (HiBob, PeopleForce, BambooHR, orother similar tools) Experience working with budgets, payments, etc. Excellent organizational skills and attention todetail Persistency and readiness tocollaborate with different internal clients, external providers, etc. Result-oriented approach and client orientation Flexibility and adaptability AsaPlus: Experience inasimilar role Language courses administration Experience with Confluence orother internal knowledge base tools Experience with Airtable What weoffer: Weare aUkrainian company, and westand with Ukraine against russian aggression Wemaintain workplaces and salaries for the mobilized Macpawians and provide financial support tocolleagues ortheir families affected bythe war.
