We are looking for Leading specialist of the bank's customer research department.

Key responsibilities:

• Participation by the DCC in the process of approving clients and partners of the Bank at the Client Approval Committee taking into account the risks of financial security.
• Performing a study of the Bank's clients who belong to the high-risk category of clients, and agreeing to cooperate with them at the BNPP level.
• Providing advice to Bank employees on identification, study and risk assessment of Bank clients.
• Implementation and support of Bank policies and procedures aimed at organizing the process of proper checks of the Bank's clients and partners in accordance with the requirements of the BNPP and the legislation of Ukraine.
• Participation in the development and testing of requirements for the implementation of compliance requirements in banking systems and assessment of potential risks that may arise during the implementation of projects related to the zone responsibility of the unit.
• Participation in the implementation of BNPP standards, risk reduction, especially Complaand reputational risks

Basic skills and qualifications:

• Full higher education in economics or law;
• At least 2 years of banking experience in the field of compliance / currency control / documentary operations and financial monitoring.
• High analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of Ukrainian and international legislation in the field of compliance and financial monitoring, currency legislation;
• Knowledge state language;
• Knowledge of English not lower than Intermediate level;
• Fundamentals of computer information processing technology;
• Self-organization skills;
• Proficient proficiency in MS Office, Power Point, Excel, World, SAP.
