Tasks and responsibilities:
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities;
* Managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting (lead generation) to closing deals;
* Develop B2B messaging for outreach campaigns and automate send-outs (email, LinkedIn);
* Brainstorm and work on new outbound sales strategies and channels for getting new clients;
Required skills:
* 3+ years of hands-on experience in Sales, or Business Development roles;
* Experience in IT sales;
* A solid knowledge of IT solutions, services (outsource/outstaff), and technologies;
* C1-C2 level of English;
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively;
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal;
* High level of responsibility and proactivity;
