Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain software components for video surveillance systems.
• Design APIs and work closely with frontend development teams to seamlessly incorporate them into the project.
• Uphold high standards of code and interface quality.

Requirements:

• Solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming principles and design
• 3+ years experience in Kotlin back-end development, with expertise in the Spring Boot framework
• Extensive knowledge of Git
• Proficient in handling Concurrency in Kotlin, particularly with Coroutines
• Familiarity with the Gradle build system
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or similar SQL databases
• Acquainted with JVM profiling tools.

Preferred:

• Previous exposure to video-streaming tools such as GStreamer or FFmpeg
• Understanding of the Agile development process
• Familiarity with Jenkins
• Bonus points for familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
