KNEDP security administrator in Universal Bank/Universal Bank

1. Mandatory requirements according to the requirements of the Regulation on qualified providers of electronic trust services entered into the Trust List at the request of the certification center , approved by the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine dated September 19, 2019 No. 116:

• work experience in the field of information protection or cyber security for at least three years and compliance with at least one of the conditions:

1) higher education in the fields of information protection or cyber security;

2) higher education in the field of information technology and advanced training courses in the field of information protection or cyber security.

1. Requirements, compliance with which is preferred:

• experience of working in ACSCC, KNEDP, ZC and/or CZO;
• work experience in the implementation and support of information and communication systems;
• understanding of work key certification centers, in part, formation and maintenance of qualified electronic signature certificates, to create a qualified electronic signature (KEP) and/or encrypt documents;
• experience in database backup and database restoration (from a copy);
• experience of working with a complex information protection system/or information security management system (implementation, support and/or support);
• experience in the development (adaptation to the user) of instructions, action algorithms, description of processes, etc.

1. Knowledge of legislation and international standards(preferred):

• knowledge of Ukrainian legislation in the field of electronic identification and electronic trust services, electronic document management and information protection;
• knowledge of the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) dated 07/23/2014 No. 910 /2014 "On electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market and on the repeal of Directive 1999/93/EC";
• knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 27002, ETSI EN 319 401:2022 standards.

Key tasks:

• supporting the proper functioning of the information security management system (ISMS) of the information and communication system (ICS) of a qualified provider of electronic trust services (KNEDP);
• design, development, operation, maintenance and modernization of the ISMS in the ICS of KNEDP;
• control of the process of generation/destruction of personal keys of KNEDP and the process of creating backup copies of personal KNEDP keys;
• control over the storage of personal keys and backup copies of KNEDP personal keys;
• control over the storage of administrators’ personal keys;
• control over the installation and configuration of operating systems , system-wide and special software at the workstations of KNEDP administrators and KNEDP ICS servers, in particular in terms of security, delimiting access to KNEDP ICS resources;
• participation in restoring the work of KNEDP ICS after failures;
• li>control of ensuring the access regime to the KNEDP premises, in which the KNEDP ICS is located;
• maintenance of accounting logs provided for by the KNEDP ICS SUIB documentation;
• review and analysis of audit logs of events registered by technical ICS KNEDP tools;
• administration of Windows servers (AD/GPO);
• administration of Linux servers;
• administration of antivirus protection systems;
• administration of firewalls.
