We are looking for a knowledgeable and driven TIBCO Jaspersoft Reports Engineer to join our team and help us in creating high-quality, comprehensive reports using the TIBCO Jaspersoft software suite. This job involves working closely with our IT and data analysis teams to create meaningful data visualizations and reports based on the data architecture in the Google Cloud Platform's BigQuery. The ideal candidate should be a team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of analytics, data warehousing, and business intelligence.ResponsibilitiesDesigning, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient TIBCO Jaspersoft reports based on user requirementsAssisting in the design of data architecture within Google's BigQuery, ensuring that it aligns with reporting needsEnsuring the accurate mapping of data and creating strategies for data loading and extractionMaintain proper documentation of the developed reports and their underlying logic and processesTroubleshooting any issues related to reporting and data quality, and resolving them in a timely mannerCollaborating with various teams to ensure the reports add value and support decision-makingFollowing established standards and guidelines for report development, and suggesting improvements when necessaryRequirementsBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field3+ years of experience with TIBCO Jaspersoft and similar tool (Pentaho Reports, Google Looker Studio, Tableau)SAP BO experience would be a plus as the legacy solution is built on Oracle and SAP BOProven experience working with GCP BigQuery and understanding its data structuresFamiliarity with SQL, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processesKnowledge in data visualization techniques and best practicesStrong analytical skills and attention to detailUpper-intermediate or higher English level, both spoken and written (B2+)We OfferCompetitive compensation depending on experience and skillsIndividual career pathUnlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutionsSick leave and regular vacationEnglish classes with certified English teachersFlexible work hoursAbout EPAMEPAM is a leading global provider of digital platform engineering and development services.
