Our colleagues around the world help to serve millions of people around the world every month, through its well-loved consumer brands including OLX, Otodom , Property24.Join OLX and see how far you can go.Specialist in the development of key clients in the category Business and servicesDepartment: Department for interaction with business clientsSubordination: Sales Team Leader PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: Attracting, training and developing clients; Maintaining and developing existing business clients in the Business and services categories; Qualification and further support of new clients from Pre-Farmers, Farmers PRIMARY DUTIES: Daily work with by new, existing and previously existing clients in order to successfully promote their services on OLX; Quality management of existing systems (Sales Force, Talk desk, etc.) for work with business clients; Participation and/or independent conduct of external and internal events aimed at attracting , development or retention of customers of the Business and services category and are approved at the level of the direct manager or category manager; Initiation, development and training of employees of business customers fixed in the portfolio; Implementation of monthly KPIs (financial, quantitative and qualitative); Work with clients: Processing incoming calls; Making outgoing calls according to the assigned tasks; Forming KP (commercial offer) based on existing tools; Carrying out customer qualification (with setting of current statuses); Forming recommendations regarding use of the resource; Transfer of clients (leads) according to established rules; Preparation of statistics for clients upon request; Sale of additional services (ICP, banner advertising) Documentary support for clients: Invoicing; Provision of acts; Communication under contracts, including ICP; Request for supporting documents according to the needs of the client; Control of payments and provision of services in accordance with contracts; Work with letters for return and clarification of payment Conducting business correspondence: Timely sending of letters as agreed and/or reply to client letters; Compliance with the literacy of business correspondence; Use of standardized templates of answers and signatures in mail Knowledge of business: Study of articles, news and rumors on the market; Formation of one's own vision. Knowledge of the peculiarities of work in the headings, including seasonality by business categories; Understanding of current trends; In-depth knowledge of individual business segments (by interests, by necessity); Understanding of the economic situationKnowledge and product presentation for the purpose of selling the company's services: Knowledge of packages and paid services; Navigation in the basic elements of the resource; Knowledge of categories / rubrics / specifics of posting and advertising; Rules of publication; Technical features of the product (site and category); Rules for using the service and changes to them; Reviews and ratings; Recommended; Up-to-date knowledge of the full site map; Knowledge and use of work tools: SalesForce; Google Suite; TalkDesk; Zoom; Slack; Admin Panel; Confluence; BI CRM Involvement: Participation in B2B life (contests, active participation in meetings); Formation,coordination and completion of goals and results in Fusion; Conducting internal and external training; Conducting surveys (SF, TD, engagement survey, survey pulse, etc.). Proactive collection of insights about customers, market segment, accumulating them and transferring them to the manager and marketing team upon request. CRMSetting statuses in SF; Setting statuses in TalkDesk; Timely attaching calls to the company; Knowledge of regulations and actions in accordance with regulations Knowledge of work processes: Portfolio processing; Communication with other teams; Receiving and transferring leads; Submitting requests to other teams; Detachment / reattachment of leads; Support processes for projects for initiatives ROLE REQUIREMENTS: Education: full or partial higher education; Experience: Experience in telephone sales and working with key customers of the B2B segment from 2 years will be an advantage; Knowledge: Knowledge of the Ukrainian language, language and writing literacy ;Knowledge of the English language (at least level A2, but with specific and independent steps to improve the level);Advanced level of mastery of the MS Office package;Knowledge of the OLX.UA service, internal rules and instructionsSkills: Confident command of a PC and basic software tools Effective communication skills (asking effective questions and hear the answer, supporting communication, the ability to process objections in a reasoned way) Ability to learn and remember medium volumes of information Experience in public speaking Personal qualities: Desire to earn; To be an ambassador of the "Business and services" category among clients, with specific arguments; Sociability; Openness ;Ability to work for results;Flexibility;Creativity;Energy;Stress resistance;Responsibility and decency.Why join OLX?At OLX, we invest in ourselves and each other to reach our full potential.
