Key account manager (with knowledge of the Turkish language) in VEBKOMPANI

In connection with the expansion of our activities, we are looking for a Customer Service Manager who speaks TURKISH.

Working conditions:

- work schedule 5/2 from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., 1 hour lunch break, 3 breaks of 15 minutes each;

Duties:

- Ensuring high-quality customer service from Turkish-speaking countries;

- Conducting negotiations with potential customers, concluding contracts and managing projects;

- Ensuring an effective communication flow between by customers and internal departments of the company;

- Identification and satisfaction of customer needs, providing consultations and recommendations.
