The company "Nestle Ukraine" announces a competition for the position of Leading Manager in the wholesale trade of the animal feed department (Purina) in Kyiv. General purpose of this position: Ensuring profitable cooperation between the company and key clients by maintaining close relationships and developing and implementing a client development plan. Achieving the planned sales volume, percentage of market share and distribution of Nestle Purina products. Main responsibilities: Providing key customers with the range of Nestle Purina products. Ensuring a sufficient stock of Nestle Purina products in the warehouse and on the shelves of retail outlets at key customers. Achieving goals for the distribution of Nestle Purina products. Achieving sales goals in accordance with sales plans and promotional budget. Ensuring planned promotions for key customers and analyzing their effectiveness. Implementation of the company's goals regarding the high-quality placement of Nestle Purina products on the shelves of retail outlets of key customers in accordance with internally agreed merchandising rules. Control and conclusion of annual contracts with a key client regarding terms of cooperation with key clients. Helping to avoid overdue debts from key customers. Maintaining positive and effective relations between the company and its key customers through regular visits, determining whether they are satisfied with the company's products and services, determining their needs and wishes. Monitoring the activities of competitors in key customers and developing appropriate measures to maintain the pace of the company at the level or ahead of competitors Close cooperation with the logistics department, the customer service department and the marketing department Development of a sales plan for key annual customers (Customer plan). Planning of sales volume and its accuracy for key customers on a monthly basis. Timely ensuring the introduction of new Nestle-Purina products to the assortment of key customers and building their distribution. Monitoring the fulfillment of contractual obligations of key customers. Visiting retail outlets (store check) of key customers in order to monitor compliance with the terms of cooperation and draw up a plan to improve conditions if necessary.
