Key Account Manager (remote) in SmartTender

SmartTender is a rapidly growing product company. Our key product is an online platform for public and commercial procurement of Ukraine. Our tools help tens of thousands of commercial customers and government customers to find the necessary goods and services, as well as conduct transparent bidding. Our clients: AMPU, Ukrposhta, UZ, Energoatom, Oboronprom, Ukrtransgaz, Ukrenergo and many others. Functional tasks: search and attraction of new key customers; development and maintenance of stable partnership relations with customers; cross-selling; telephone negotiations and educational meetings with your portfolio of customers; analysis of customer wishes and needs to improve the service. Our expectations: fluency in the Ukrainian language; service and customer orientation; the ability to present information competently and in a structured manner; experience in conducting negotiations and conducting presentations; the ability to work with large volumes of information; experience of working with corporate clients from 2 years.
