We are announcing a vacant position Manager sales development in key clients regional Odesa.

Main duties:

  • Management and coordination of the sales process in the network of key clients of KA-trade in the territory responsibilities;
  • Implementation of sales plans established by the regional manager;
  • Implementation of planned indicators of distribution in the territory;
  • Implementation of contractual conditions by KA customers in the territory;
  • Evaluation of the market potential of the sector of key KA-trade customers in POS and advertising materials;
  • Control of the correct use of POS materials, trading equipment and other advertising materials;
  • Responsibility for qualified merchandising in accordance with standards;
  • Identification, control and reporting on advertising activities of competitors in a certain territory;
  • Execution of relevant marketing goals and tasks in the accountable territory;
  • Control and motivation of the sales team; training the team to KA standards;
  • Conducting an audit of key KA-trade customers regarding the availability of AB InBev Efes beer distribution;
  • Implementation of KA channel operation standards in the territory;
  • Continuous work on finding reserves to increase sales, distribution and market share of the company. Optimization of costs.

Requirements for candidates:

  • Higher education;
  • Experience in a commercial structure (3-5 years in the field of sales and management);
  • Availability of a category "B" driver's license, driving experience of 2 years or more;
  • Knowledge of the structure and methods of functioning of the local market;
  • Skills establish and maintain internal and external contacts;
  • Knowledge of the English language at the pre-intermediate level;
  • A confident PC user (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project);
