Key account manager (Mass channel)
Responsibilities:
- Management of key national clients (ATB, Silpo, Metro, Epicenter, etc.): negotiations, planning, partnership development;
- Formation and implementation individual business plans with each client: assortment, promotional calendar, price strategy, distribution;
- Working through distributors and direct contracts with retailers: coordination, control of plan execution, ensuring effective logistics and document flow;
- Sales analysis, forecasting, reporting, search for growth opportunities;
- Negotiations at the level of category managers, buyers and network management;
- Monitoring of the market and competitor activities, preparation of proposals for improving the company's position;
- Control of the fulfillment of contract conditions: promotional activities, motivational programs;
- Joint innovation planning with customers, launch of new SKUs, shelf optimization;
- Building of long-term partnerships focused on joint development and win-win result.
Requirements:
- Experience in FMCG in the role of KAM/Key Account executive/Sales Manager - from 2-3 years;
- Successful experience of running national networks (minimum 1-2 key clients);
- Understanding the retail structure, principles of category management and trade marketing;
- Confident skills negotiations and presentations;
- Analytical thinking, ability to work with large data sets;
- Ability to build effective and trusting partnerships;
- Result orientation, responsibility, strategic thinking.
