We are looking for an experienced Key account manager who will be responsible for establishing, searching, concluding agreements and managing important relationships with clients of the sales department in Ukraine. Responsibilities: Optimize customer support from the beginning to the end of the purchase process. Ensure clear communication and promptly respond to customer questions. Actively manage the flow of quality leads, strategically developing relationships with potential customers. Implement strategies of retention to maintain and grow relationships with key customers.Use effective negotiation skills and deep product knowledge to successfully close deals.Provide insights and feedback from customer interactions to improve product and marketing strategy.About you:Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. The level of English is not lower than intermediate. Experience in effective management of key customers. Ability to analyze data to make informed decisions. Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to respond quickly to customer questions and needs.
