Responsibilities: Optimize customer support from the beginning to the end of the purchase process. Ensure clear communication and promptly respond to customer inquiries. Actively manage the flow of quality leads, strategically developing relationships with potential customers. Implement retention strategies to maintain and expand relationships with key customers. Use effective negotiation skills and deep product knowledge to successfully conclude deals. Provide conclusions and feedback from customer interactions to improve product and marketing strategy. About you: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position. The level of English is not lower than intermediate. Experience in effective management of key customers. The ability to analyze data to make informed decisions. High skills negotiation and conflict resolution. Excellent communication skills and ability to quickly respond to customer inquiries and needs.
