A person who:

• maintains communication with key customers and designers
• coordinates implementation from signing to delivery
controls deadlines, budgets, coordination style="font-weight: normal; font-style: normal">synchronizes production, logistics, contractors
• sees risks before they become a problem
• does not "transmit information", but manages the process
