Ukrainian company UGEARS, with its own manufacturing and patented inventions, and fans in 90 countries across 5 continents, is looking for an experienced and proactive Key Account Manager.

Key Task: Developing offline sales through partners in international markets.

The Key Account Manager is to work effectively with existing distributors and identify development opportunities in markets from the USA to Asia.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market and competitor trends to develop countermeasures and achieve targets.
  • Identify opportunities for increasing market share and improving sales performance.
  • Manage current distribution channels and relationships with key managers.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and partner satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to evaluate performance and identify improvements.
  • Manage partner PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) and turnover/stock ratio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
  • Manage customer purchase orders, adjusting to current availability.
  • Address partner issues with effective problem-solving skills.
  • Develop competitive strategies and negotiate special deals/pricing.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a sales manager in sectors such as Toys, DYI, FMCG, Retail, Consumer Electronics, etc.
  • Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with international partners.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to negotiate successfully and close deals.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to work with big data (advanced formulas, pivot tables, statistical modeling, forecasting).
  • Knowledge of international trade specifics and business etiquette.
