Key Account Manager (Consumer Business Group - CBG)We are looking for a Key Account Manager / Business Development Manager to join our teamConsumer BusinessGroup: Employee who will hold the position of KAM | BDM Manager, will be responsible for the overall management of a specific product category (IoT, PC/TAB) and sales channel. Responsibilities: Collaboration and creation of a common strategy within the CBG department and involved teams: Retail/Marketing, Logistics; Strategic business planning processes and development of performance goals; Sales planning (forecasting, customer negotiations, approvals, sales analysis, stock analysis); Participation in the development of commercial policy (long- and medium-term goals); Building strong and long-term relationships with customers (KA and B2B) by creating long-term planning and understanding, conducting meetings and negotiations with clients, maintaining and developing business relationships; Implementation of sales plans; Monitoring of the results of client activities in accordance with the business plan and development of alternative strategies if necessary in cooperation with other teams related to the client portfolio; Analysis of competitor activity in the client market and the development and implementation of appropriate response strategies; Planning of marketing activities (budgeting, discussion of retail and wholesale promotions, discussion of the results of promotions); Monthly budgeting and implementation of agreed KPIs; Creation and implementation of a business plan taking into account all growth levers : commercial agreements, marketing activities, education, merchandising and retail opportunities, profitability and terms of trade. Analysis of financial condition - financial result of the product category, financial results of partners; Launch of new products - preparation, management and implementation of the GTM plan; Creation of motivational programs, internal negotiations and coordination; Development of purchase and sales strategies for the future period. Analysis of PSI reports and modeling of PSI future periods; Requirements: Higher education: Bachelor's or Master's degree (economics, marketing, etc.) Sales experience (2-3 years) in the personal electronics market; Good negotiation skills; Good knowledge of the consumer electronics market, understanding of trends of the market and market situation; Experience of working with different categories of partners: Distributors | Key customers | Operators | 2nd / 3rd level partners Fluent in English and Ukrainian languages; Experienced user of Excel, Power Point; Key Account Manager (Consumer BusinessGroup – CBG) We are looking for a Key Account Manager / Business development manager to join ourConsumer Business Team:Anemployee who will occupy the position ofKAM | BDM Manager will be responsible for full management of specific product category (IoT, PC/TAB) and sales channel.
