Join us as a Key Account Manager in the Fleets team

How exactly can you influence the development of the company:
- work with contact databases car fleet partners, invite new car fleet partners to meetings
- "revive" contacts with car fleet customers who previously cooperated with us
- look for new customers, schedule meetings
- li>identify clients' motives and needs, help solve their tasks
- conduct daily dialogues about business performance with fleet partners in Ukraine
- write briefs before and after meetings with clients
- cooperate effectively with other teams to find the best solutions for clients' tasks
- lead a CRM customer relationship management system
- close deals, meet quarterly engagement goals and business indicators

- perform analysis of the local passenger transport market, namely tariffs, car classes, service quality
- participate in optimization and improvement of internal processes
- readiness for business trips around Ukraine
Challenges for 3 months:

Challenges for 6 months:
- active work on attracting new partner fleets and improving the business performance of existing ones
- < span>participation in the formation of ideas, initiatives to improve working tools, processes, service
- expert understanding of the competitiveness of the ride-hailing market< /span>
To achieve results, you will need:
- experience in the role of a key account manager for sales/b2b from 2 years
- the ability to understand cars: brands/models, understanding the car at a basic level, navigate by car classes
- be a confident user of Excel or its analogues
- have experience and negotiation skills li>
- skills to build long-term relationships with partners
- ability to efficiently and quickly interact with clients using messengers
- < span>willingness to work with a large amount of information: the ability to search in the internal database
- fluent communication in the Ukrainian language
How do you manage your working hours?
• can plan your own work schedule, however, to be efficient,
we have a mandatory joint working time - business hours, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with keeping the reward)
