How exactly can you influence the development of the company:
• work with contact databases of partner fleets, invite new fleet partners to meetings
• "revive" contacts with fleet clients who previously cooperated with us
• search for new clients, schedule meetings
• identify clients' motives and needs, help solve their tasks
• conduct daily dialogues about business performance with fleet partners in Ukraine
• write briefs before and after meetings with clients
• interact effectively with other teams to find the best solutions for clients' tasks
• manage the CRM customer relationship management system
• close deals, meet quarterly engagement goals and business indicators
• develop relationships with fleets, help their businesses grow
• analyze the local market of passenger transportation, namely tariffs, car classes, service quality
• participate in optimization and improvement of internal processes
• readiness for business trips in Ukraine


To achieve results, you will need:
• experience in the role of a key sales/b2b account manager from 2 years
• the ability to understand cars: brands /models, understanding the car at a basic level, navigate the car classes
• be a confident user of Excel or its analogues
• have experience and negotiation skills
• skills in building long-term relationshipscommunication with partners
• ability to efficiently and promptly interact with clients with the help of messengers
• readiness to work with a large amount of information: ability to search in the internal database
• free communication in Ukrainian


Challenges for 3 months:
• familiarize yourself with the company's product, processes and standards
• master all the tools used by the department
• navigate freely in the processes at each stage of their work
• freely and productively use all the tools used by the department
• quality processing of work tasks, goals
• independent decision-making in the area of ​​their responsibility
• understand and navigate the processes of related departments
• establishing communication with a dedicated pool of partner fleets


Challenges for 6 months:
• active work on attracting new partner fleets and improving the business performance of existing ones
• participation in the formation of ideas, initiatives to improve working tools, processes, service
• expert understanding of the competitiveness of the ride-hailing market


How do you regulate your working hours?
• you can plan your own work schedule, however, in order to be efficient,
we have mandatory joint working hours - business hours, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with retention of remuneration)
• day off on your birthday as a company gift
• day off for blood donation
