The growth of the cloud services market from year to year - up to 30%. Therefore, we are strengthening our team and are looking for a Key Account Manager (Manager of the development of existing clients).
The contact persons of our clients are TOP business management (CEO, CTO, CFO) . Who is in our team: pre-sale engineers, support, cloud architects and other professional colleagues.
It is important for us:
· The ability to build long-term customer relations.
· Experience in selling services and IT solutions.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Understanding the sequence of decision-making and working with LPR.
· Systematic and strategic thinking, a tendency to analyze and systematize.
· Flexibility and the ability to find different solutions to a problem.
Tasks:
· Support and development of long-term relationships with the company's existing clients.
· High-quality customer service at all stages of the deal from inquiry to implementation.
· Deep immersion in priority clients, their business, building trusting relationships and increasing loyalty.
· Upselling of additional upsell/cross-sell services to existing customers.
· Advising existing customers on technical features of products; conducting initial presentations about the company's products and solutions; preparation of commercial offers.
· Reduction of churn and customer retention.
· Established cross-interaction with related departments of the company to solve the client's problems.
· Conducting regular reports and collecting necessary information from clients.
