We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager with experience in sales of complex IT solutions to large companies and corporations in Ukraine. Our ideal candidate has his own portfolio of successful cases and satisfied CxO level clients. You will manage customer relationships from the first contact to repeat sales, you will be able to connect experts from different technological areas at each stage of the customer's life cycle, and you will have personal responsibility for the execution of the sales plan. Responsibilities:
• Constant analysis and study of the market and competitive environment
• Search and attraction of new clients of the Corporate and Large Enterprise segments
• Full customer support: from the first contact to repeat sales
p>• Analysis and identification of customer needs, consulting in the selection of the right products and solutions
• Preparation of commercial proposals, calculation of business cases and ROI for the client, their presentation, argumentation and approval
p>• Management of commercial negotiations, preparation and conducting of presentations for clients
• Organization and support of technical presentations with the involvement of pre-sales and delivery teams, management of pilot projects
• Coordination of project deadlines and monitoring their compliance
• Participation in tenders, events and thematic meetings aimed at increasing sales volumes
• Preparation and conclusion of contracts
• Control of customer invoicing and receivables debts
• Control of profitability of each specific project and own customer base in general
• Building friendly, long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with customers, control of their satisfaction and returns (NPS and Churn Rate)

Requirements:
• Experience of working in IT companies and selling to Corporate and Large Enterprise clients: 7+ years
• Proven experience in developing one's own client base and building long-term relationships with target persons at the CSO level
• Personal database of contacts of potential Сorporate and Large Enterprise clients
• Experience in establishing cooperation with donor organizations and attraction of donor funding will be an advantage
• Understanding of IT services market trends
• Skills in preparing and conducting presentations, experience in public speaking will be an advantage
• Analytical skills, the ability to work with large volumes of data and find insights in them
• The ability to negotiatedeal with, deal with objections and resolve complex issues
• Experience in concluding various types of contracts for the supply or purchase of IT services, such as fixed price, T&M, hybrid, success based, etc.
