Right now, we are looking for a Customer Service Manager, who aims to impress customers with his effectiveness and proactivity, and maintain the status of an exclusive supplier of labor outsourcing on the Ukrainian market. Your duties: Conducting negotiations with existing customers on the current status of projects; Accepting applications for personnel from the company's clients, providing feedback on the implementation of projects; Conducting constant communication with the company's current clients regarding satisfaction with cooperation, identifying additional client needs; Communication with the company's dormant clients, resuming cooperation; Ensuring the timely signing of documents confirming contractual relations with clients. Terms work: an individual 5-day adaptation plan is drawn up for each newcomer + quality support from the manager during the trial period; rate + % of profit from clients; remote work format; schedule Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; we provide all necessary equipment for work: laptop, phone, etc.; continuous professional development: training, training; paid vacation and sick leave; Candidate requirements: Willingness to develop in the field of customer service; Focus on results; Readiness for personal meetings with the company's clients.
