Requirements:
— work experience in IT B2B directly from 1 year;
- negotiation skills and conflict resolution;
- business correspondence and negotiation communication skills;
—experience in proofreading and preparation of contractual documentation, working with acts, invoices, tender documentation;
- experience of multitasking with changing priorities, skills of delegation and distribution of tasks at the macro and micro levels;
— existing experience in coordinating processes at the pre-sale, upsale, nurturing stages;
- English - B2;
Responsibilities:
— searching for potential orders on tender sites or working with requests received from the current funnel;
—preparation of relevant documentation for: submission of proposals, signing of contracts, annexes, acts, orders, etc.;
—monitoring and reconciliation of financial indicators for the relevant customer pool;
— conducting negotiations and written communication with corporate clients — you are the first and main contact from the customer side, all further coordination of processes at the Sales stage is conducted through you (including coordination of the involvement of technical specialists);
Will be a plus:
- experience in searching for potential orders through tender sites (client level - large national and transnational companies/corporations with a focus on telecom direction);
