Main duties:
- Coordinate cooperation with established pharmacy chains.
- Agree and monitor commercial conditions in accordance with company policies; ensure full and timely document flow.
- Implement promotional activities, layout standards, launch of new products; monitor availability and price ranges.
- Maintain a basic presence in e-commerce: relevance of product cards, content, reviews, participation in promotions.
- Prepare regular reports and proposals for client development; coordinate interaction with marketing, trade marketing, finance.
- Adhere to internal policies, legislation and principles of commercial excellence.
Candidate requirements:
- Higher education (economics, management, marketing or related).
- 2-3+ years of experience in Key Account Management/trade marketing/working with distributors in Pharma/OTC/FMCG (preferably successful cases with 1-2 large chains).
- Understanding commercial conditions and basic financial indicators of the client; accuracy in working with promotional budgets.
- Basics of category management: compliance with planograms, control of layout, price frames and availability.
- A confident level of working with data, attention to details, the ability to draw conclusions and propose actions.
- Basic experience with e-commerce: product cards, content, reviews, coordination with profile colleagues.
- Languages: Ukrainian - fluent; English - Intermediate.
