Main Responsibilities:

Management of relationships with the company's key customers. Development and implementation of strategies to increase the level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Analysis of customer needs and providing recommendations on the most suitable courses and solutions. Coordination with internal teams to ensure high quality customer service. Conducting presentations and demonstrations for potential and existing customers. Preparing reports on the results of work with key customers and monitoring their effectiveness. Development of new initiatives and approaches to improve interaction with customers based on feedback.
< br/>Requirements:

Higher education (preferred in the fields of management, business or information technology).Experience in managing key accounts or in sales (at least 2 years). Deep understanding of the IT industry and current trends in the technology market. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze data and solve complex problems. Fluency in Ukrainian and English (knowledge of additional languages ​​will be an advantage).
