Kanban Service Delivery Manager in OTP BANK Ukraine

Friends, we are looking for an experienced Kanban Service Delivery Managerto join our team and ensure efficient service delivery according to Kanban principles. This role involves coordinating work flows, streamlining processes and ensuring timely delivery of high quality customer service. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the Kanban methodology, excellent management skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. 

Your future functionality:

• Develop an Agile culture in teams and in the organization.

• Improve team and inter-team collaboration and ways of working in the organization.

• Understand and support dynamics teams, influence the growth of capabilities and adaptability, teach cooperation and learn from mistakes.
  
  
• Coach teams, assist in removing obstacles.
  
  
• Ensure transparent communication both within teams and with business stakeholders.
  
  
• Teach Agile thinking, use of best practices and tools that can be applied in the team and organization.
  
  
• Develop product thinking in the organization.
  
  
• Assist the PO in using product best practices to manage the product backlog and maximize the value of what the team does.
  
  
• Facilitate organizational and team level meetings.
  
  
• Teaching, coaching, mentoring and supporting team members to improve their skills.
  
  
• Be a leader in the implementation and optimization of processes at the organizational level .

Our candidate has:

• Managing the delivery of services through the Kanban approach, ensuring a balance between demand and resources.

• Coordinating the work of teams and managing their work flow, ensuring themanaging WIP limits (Work In Progress).
• Analysis and optimization of processes, including continuous improvement of team work and delivery processes.
• Monitoring performance indicators (KPI) and ensuring achievement of business goals .
• Ensure transparency of the delivery process through workflow visualization and supporting appropriate communication.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment between expectations and deliverables.
• Identify bottlenecks in the delivery process and developing solutions to eliminate them.
• Conducting regular meetings with teams to review progress, resolve issues and plan next steps.
• Training and supporting teams in implementation and improvement Kanban method.
