PRAT "ABINBEV EFES UKRAINE" successfully works and develops in Ukraine, and is a joint venture of the world's largest brewing company Anheuser-Busch InBev, as well as the largest brewing company of Turkey, Anadolu Efes. We are announcing a vacant position KAM HoReCa in Kyiv (position title according to the staffing schedule — Manager for work with key customers of the keg beer channel).
Main duties:
- Management and coordination of sales processes in the network of key on-trade customers in the area of responsibility;
- Interaction with TOP contract customers at the national level: conducting negotiations, agreeing the terms of cooperation, signing contracts, holding monthly meetings, monitoring the fulfillment of conditions, conducting financial monitoring;
- Implementation of sales plans established by the national manager;
- Implementation of planned distribution indicators;
- Negotiations with the management of the network of key customers on-trade;
- Evaluation of the market potential of the key sector customers;
- Control of the correct use of POS materials, trade equipment and other materials;
- Identification, control and reporting on advertising activities of competitors;
- Implementation of actual marketing goals and tasks;
- Conducting audits of key customers in on-trade for the presence of company beer distribution;
- Continuous work on finding reserves to increase sales and distribution of market share companies;
- Budgeting, planning and control of investments in the reporting territory;
- Carrying out measures to optimize costs;
- Analysis of actual and statistical data and creation of plans for further development.
Requirements for candidates:
- Higher education;
- Experience in a commercial structure (3-5 years in the field of sales and management);
- Availability of a driver's license category "B", driving experience from 2 years;
- Knowledge of the structure and methods of functioning of the local market;
- Ability to establish and maintain internal and external contacts;
- Knowledge of the English language at the pre-intermediate level;
- A confident PC user (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project);
- Analytical abilities, sociability, flexibility;
- Aspiration for self-development.
