Junior WordPress developer in Webcoder

About the Role:

We are looking to hire a skilled Junior WP/ PHP developer. Our ideal candidate has a good eye for aesthetics and strong content management skills. Also creates attractive, user-friendly websites that perfectly meet the design and functionality specifications required.

Responsibilities:

Friendly and helpful to the team, follow the project manager's tasks and planning;

Be part of our workshops and product development;

Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines;

Ability to explain the reason behind solutions;

Great communication skills.

Requirements:

• 1,5-2+ years of WordPress development proven experience (portfolio/past projects)
• Strong proficiency in WordPress development and PHP
• Work with the main hooks of the CMS
• Experience with one or more editors (Elementor, Divi)
• Theme and Plugin Customization, creating custom themes, templates, and plugins for WordPress
• Confident knowledge of PHP5.6+, PHP7, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Knowledge of MySQL
• Understanding of OOP, MVC
• Confident knowledge of git, SVN
• Experience with third-party services
• Ability to read someone else's code.

It will be a plus:

• Yii, Laravel
•  Linux, Redmine, Trello

English Level: Pre-Intermediate (A2) minimum.
