This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career to gain valuable experience and grow professionally in a collaborative environment. You will work closely with our other designers, front-end developers, and cross-functional teams to assist in the design and development of websites that meet our business objectives and exceed user expectations.Responsibilities:Assist in the design and development of websites from concept to launch under the guidance of senior designers and other stakeholdersCreate wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectivelyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute creative solutionsSupport the implementation of designs by working closely with developers and adhering to design specificationsStay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design skills and knowledgeConduct research and analysis to understand user needs and preferencesAssist in usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs and improve user experienceManage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively to meet project deadlinesPerform other duties as assignedRequirementsBachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field1-3 years of experience in web design.
