Junior VoIP Support Engineer

Kyiv, Odesa, Cherkasy, remotely

We are looking for a qualified VoIP Support Engineer who will help make Ringostat products even better and more convenient for customers around the world. You will work in a friendly team of professionals who are always open to new ideas and improvements.

Your skills:

1. Knowledge and practical experience with LINUX systems.
2. Knowledge of networks, routing, DNS, DHCP, NAT.
3. Understanding SIP and SDP protocols.
4. Experience with Asterisk (FreePBX), SIP gateways, SIP trunks.
5. Practical experience of writing queries in SQL language.
6. Scripting/programming experience in one of the following languages: Bash, Perl, PHP, Golang .
7. Understanding of the work
8. Orientation to the result and the client.
9. Systematic and analytical thinking, attentiveness, clarity.
10. Positive attitude towards life and work.

The team expects from you:

1. Primary analysis of problem reports.
2. Analysis of log files.
3. Finding errors and ways to eliminate them.
4. Bug fixes in the system.

1. Payment: rate based on interview results.
2. Fully flexible work schedule with the possibility to start the working day from 8:00 to 10:00 and finish from 17:00 to 19:00.
3. Ability to work completely remotely or in the office (Odesa, Kyiv, Kharkiv and Cherkasy). Offices are self-contained in the event of a power outage.
