Junior VoIP Support Engineer in Ringostat

We are looking for a qualified VoIP Support Engineer to help make Ringostat products even better and more convenient for customers around the world. You will work in a friendly team of professionals who are always open to new ideas and improvements.

Your skills:

1. Knowledge and practical experience with LINUX systems.
2. Knowledge of networks, routing, DNS, DHCP, NAT.
3. Understanding SIP and SDP protocols.
4. Experience work with Asterisk (FreePBX), SIP-gateways, SIP-tubes.
5. Practical experience writing requests in SQL.
6. Scripting/programming experience in one of the following languages: Bash, Perl, PHP, Golang .
7. Understanding the work of HTTP, HTTPS.
8. Result and customer orientation.
9. Systematic and analytical thinking, attentiveness, clarity.
10. Positive attitude to life and work.

The team is waiting for you:

1. Initial analysis of problem reports.

3. Finding errors and ways to eliminate them.
4. Fixing errors in the system.
