Junior UX/UI designer (not remotely) in Novikov A.B., FOP

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a Junior UX/UI to join our team Designer - talented, creative and full of desire to learn, even if you have no formal experience or professional education. The main thing for us is your sincere desire to develop in the field of design, create convenient and aesthetic interfaces and join interesting projects!

Your responsibilities (under the guidance of experienced mentors):

• Help in the development of layouts and prototypes of interfaces for web and/or mobile applications.
• Participation in user research (UI/UX research) and competitor analysis.
• Creation of interface elements (icons, buttons, forms, etc.).
• Preparation of design materials for developers.
• Active participation in brainstorming and discussions design solutions.
• Support and development of the design system.

We expect from you:

• Great desire to learn and develop in the field of UX/UI design.
• Basic understanding of the principles of UI/UX, user experience and interfaces.
• Understanding the basics of working with graphic editors (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD - or readiness to learn them quickly).
• Attention to details, aesthetic taste and sense of composition.
• Communication, ability to work in a team and accept constructive criticism.
• Responsibility, proactivity and independence.
• The presence of a portfolio (even educational or pet projects) will be an advantage, but it is not mandatory.

We offer:

• Salary: UAH 35,000 - 37,000 per month.
