Junior UX/UI Designer in Tuman Perfumes

Responsibilities:

• Design of marketing funnels and landing pages.
• Formation of a backlog of hypotheses and their validation through A/B tests together with product-marketing-managers.
• Analysis of funnels of direct and indirect competitors and proposals for improvement.
• Close cooperation with product-marketing-managers, developers, analysts and designers.

Requirements:

• Basic UX/UI skills or willingness to learn from scratch.
• Willingness to work with Figma (components, autolayouts, design systems).
• Interest in AI tools for graphics generation (Midjourney, Freepik AI, etc.).
• Understanding the basics of composition, typography and color.
• Business orientation: the desire to create design for the growth of conversion and key metrics.
• Ability to present ideas and constructively accept feedback.
• Willingness to quickly develop and pump professional skills.

Will be a plus:

• Illustration skills.
• Experience in motion design (After Effects, Lottie or other animation tools).
