Interacts with the technical support team, of which he is a part, and the development team of the import functionality (cms). There is also communication with managers to solve questions and inform about problems. What is important for this role: Analytical mindset: The ability to think clearly and logically, analyze information and find optimal solutions. The ability to express yourself clearly and succinctly: Written and oral command of the Ukrainian language at a high level levels, the ability to convey complex information in an accessible and understandable way for any audience. Communicability: Ability to communicate clearly and understandably on the phone, establish contact with people and build positive relationships. Experience in telephone support: Experience in a call center or other area where clear and concise communication on the phone is required, will be a significant advantage. Will be an advantage: work with Jira and any log storage; ability to communicate and negotiate within the framework of your team and in cooperation with colleagues. Tasks: advise customers by phone, email and messengers regarding import of product items and regarding the correct filling of the site; assistance to the client in adding product items to the site; preparation of instructions for the client regarding import; interaction on import issues with the technical support department; conducting business correspondence with clients, informing about new updates of the function in the direction of import; performing other tasks related to maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
