We are currently looking for a Junior User Acquisition Manager for our partner company TENTENS Tech.
TENTENS Tech is a Ukrainian IT company that develops platforms in the field of streaming and social discovery. The TENTENS Tech team has the experience of successfully launching dozens of platforms that are used by millions of people on all continents of the world (except Antarctica, so far). And the slogan We don't think limits reflects both the company's strategic thinking and the team's motivation to always race far beyond the horizon.
What you will do as a User Acquisition Manager:
— Launch, scale and optimize advertising campaigns (Google)— with a focus on results, not only for expenses;
— Immerse yourself in numbers and metrics — CTR, CR, CPA, ROAS, LTV — and turn the data into understandable solutions;
— Constantly experiment with new approaches, channels, and formats — we’re always in search of the “same” idea that scales;
— Participate in creative brainstorms together with the designer, marketing leaders, and product team — your ideas will definitely not go drawer;
— Analyze competitors: their campaigns, messages, creatives, funnel structure — and use these insights to stay one step ahead.
We're looking for you if:
— You have 1+ years of experience in performance-marketing, analytics or related areas (and experience in Big 4 / Big 3 will be a plus);
- You know how to work with numbers, analytics, dashboards - you understand that metrics are not just reports, but a growth map;
- You catch new information on the fly, quickly adapt to changes and are not afraid to go beyond the limits;
- You are meticulous about details, you can count on trust and you will always check everything twice;
— You have an internal engine for initiative: you propose, test, analyze and move the processes forward yourself;
— You have English at the B2+ level — to work comfortably with foreign markets and materials.
Щo will be a plus:
— Knowledge of the main marketing metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.) and understanding how each affects the company’s P&L;
— Practical experience of launching campaigns in Google/Meta or other performance channels;
— Confident command of Excel / Google Sheets — for quick analysis, A/B tests and budget planning.
In addition to businesses, we are developing the SKELAR foundation, which was created by the company's employees. As part of the initiative, we create and finance projects that contribute to overcoming the consequences of the war and rebuilding Ukraine.
