We are currently looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join the Promova team. The main goal of this role is to effectively attract users to our Promova app and platform through paid traffic channels, so that more people (regardless of their age, place of residence and lifestyle) can learn foreign languages ​​conveniently, affordably and with quality.

Promova is a language learning platform that consists of a mobile app, a website, group courses and individual lessons with tutors, as well as media and social networks. The application has already been downloaded more than 14 million times, and users have completed 35 million lessons with us. The goal of the team for the next 2 years is to occupy a top 5 position among online services for learning foreign languages. And over the next 5 years, we want to achieve the status of a unicorn company with Ukrainian roots.

Your area of ​​influence:

  • Attract new users to the Promova product through advertising on Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc. platforms;
  • Effectively manage a large advertising budget to meet and exceed target volumes and ROMI;
  • Analyze and test new creatives and targeting settings;
  • Test new traffic channels and by-products, bring them to profitability;
  • Analyze the market and competitors from the point of view of creatives, funnels, products, generate on this basis strong hypotheses for the development of Promova;
  • Work in a cross-functional team to find ways to improve unit economics and scale opportunities.

For this you will need:

  • 6+ months. experience in the field of marketing/analytics OR systems business that makes decisions based on data (auditing, international FMCG companies);
  • Understand the basics of digital marketing;
  • Good analytical skills for working with data, numbers, metrics;
  • Creativity - the ability to quickly and qualitatively generate new marketing ideas and the ability to do it long-term and regularly;
  • Upper Intermediate English.

It will be an advantage if you:

  • Have experience working in Big4 companies;
  • You have the skills to work with advertising cabinets (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest, etc.) and understand the specifics of these advertising platforms;
  • You have the skills to work with simple graphic editors (Canva, CapCut, Figma, Photoshop, etc.).
