In connection with the expansion of the company, we are looking for a talented Junior User Acquisition manager for full-time work in our comfortable office (Beresteiska) What are the tasks: - Creating and running advertising campaigns for the promotion of mobile games; - Setting up and launching advertising campaigns; - Analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns; - Optimizing advertising campaigns; - Participation in the improvement of internal systems for automating advertising campaigns and reports; - Working with games with any type of monetization; - Participation in the formation of advertising creative concepts. From candidates for this position, we expect: - Experience with In-App Networks (Unity, Applovin, Mintegral and others); - Understanding of purchase strategies of CPI, tCPA, tROAS and others.- Monitor and track key performance indicators across all channels, including budget pace, ARPU, CAC, LTV and ROI. Will be a plus:- Experience with analytics systems (e.g. Adjust, AppsFlyer).- English at B1 level.- Work experience at Gamedev.- Experience working with ASO.
