We are currently looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join the Manifest team. The primary objective of this role is to drive users to the product by creating and scaling ad campaigns on the Meta platform and to help achieve the business goals of the project.
Manifest is a product for women that helps them change their lives for the better. It includes not only affirmations and motivational quotes, but also broader plans for transformation that help women focus on their true desires and goals and become happier. The team's goal for the next 2 years is to become the #1 transformative product for women in the world.
Your area of influence:
- Test, optimize and scale marketing campaigns on the Meta platform within the framework of team CPI;
- Analysis of the results of advertising campaigns using appropriate tools (Tableau, Appsflyer, Amplitude, etc.);
- Constant search for new approaches to user engagement and relevant tests;
- Interacting with the creative team, offering ideas to creatives and providing feedback on the effectiveness of advertising materials.
For this you will need:< /strong>
- Strong analytical abilities and the ability to make decisions based on data;
- "Effective creativity" is the ability to quickly and efficiently generate new marketing ideas based on analytical conclusions about them efficiency;
- English at a level no lower than Upper-Intermediate +;
- Proactiveness, concern, enthusiasm and desire to become a cool specialist in the field of performance marketing.
It will be an advantage if you:
- Have experience in the field of marketing, analytics or in Big4 / FMCG companies; li>
- You have skills in working with advertising cabinets (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest, etc.) and an understanding of the specifics of these advertising platforms;
- You have skills in working with simple graphic editors (Canva, CapCut, Figma, Photoshop etc.).
