BetterMe is a company that develops IT products in the Health&Fitness category for people of all ages and physical abilities from all over the world.

We are currently looking for a Junior User Acquisition Manager .

Location: Kyiv or remotely.

Format: full-time

Your future tasks:

• development of Paid Social channels;
• implementation of effective marketing strategies to attract users;
• idea generation and production of TK for designers to create advertising;
• monitoring and analysis of campaign and channel effectiveness.

What do you need for this?

• 6 months of experience in Performance Marketing ;
• knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate level;
• understanding of the general principles of attracting users (Google Ads, Facebook Ads);
• ability to work with budgets and analytics;
• understanding the basics of advertising creative (visual elements, copywriting and calls to action);
• the desire to generate ideas, to find solutions for tasks.

Will be a plus:

• experience with traffic sources (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and other social channels);
• experience of working with budgets from 50,000 monthly;
• Google/Meta Ads certification.
