Your project: AdConnect. It is a business that specializes in building communication platforms, as well as SaaS solutions for working with traffic and increasing user retention. Our project portfolio includes: web products in the social discovery niche, advertising network, SaaS solutions for user retention. Our products have an audience of millions of users from different parts of the world - North and South America, Europe, Australia, and the list of markets is constantly growing.

I am Nastya, CMO AdConnect. I am looking for an active and energetic Junior User Acquisition Manager who wants to be driven and grow quickly in the Dating niche. We will show you everything and help you figure it out, you have passion and a desire to learn quickly!

You will:

• Launch and effectively optimize new advertising campaigns on various DSP platforms and direct publishers;
• Enter new markets and actively generate ideas for new ones launches;
• Support existing partners and look for ways to increase purchases for the product (we are a direct advertiser);
• Work with marketing analytics and make decisions based on user data;
• Close cooperate with monetization and product teams;
• Conduct a competitive analysis to determine the points of efficiency growth;
• Get high from your results and get a drive from how quickly the project scales.
  

From you:

• Experience of independent traffic purchase will be an advantage;
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills;
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to negotiate withpartners, defend their opinion and propose new solutions;
• Initiative, proactive generation and implementation of ideas;
• The English language is not lower than Upper-Intermediate;
• The desire to independently search for answers and alternative approaches;
• Personal achievements confirmed by specific results or certificates.< br style="font-weight: 700"/>

Preference:

• Experience in highly competitive niches (dating, gambling etc.);
• Experience in working with advertising trackers (Voluum, Binom, Keitaro);
• Experience with BI systems (Tableau, PowerBI);
• Experience with adserver solutions and RTB.
