Now I am looking for Junior User Acquisition Manager who will join our marketing team and will quickly grow into an experienced team member with her own tenacity, desire to learn and analytical skills.

Working with us in this position, you will be able to freely implement the most ambitious ideas and plans, test all trends and new products as one of the first on the market, and directly influence the results not only of your field, but also of business in general.

In the position you will:

• Run and optimize advertising campaigns on the Meta platform to achieve marketing and business goals;
• Analyze the market and competitors;
• Take an active part in generating ideas for new advertising creatives together with the creative team;
• Continuously generate and test new user engagement hypotheses to improve targeted CPIs.

You will need:

• One ​​year of experience in marketing;
• Knowledge of Meta advertising tools;
• Analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on data;
• Willingness to learn and develop in the field of digital marketing;
• English level Upper Intermediate and above.
  

What can distinguish you from other candidates:

• Experience in BIG-4, FMCG, consulting;
• Knowledge of other advertising platforms: TikTok, Snapchat, etc.
