Junior UI/UX Designer (no experience) in TinyTreasures Shop

We are a modern product team that creates user-friendly digital solutions with an emphasis on user-friendly interfaces. We value attention to detail, accuracy in work and the desire for professional growth. We are currently looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer who wants to develop, learn and participate in the creation of quality products.

Responsibilities

• Participation in the development of user interfaces for web and mobile products.

• Prototyping (low/high fidelity), user flows and design concepts.

• Preparation UI layouts, visual elements and design systems.

• Analysis of user scenarios and participation in UX improvement.

• Interaction with the team of developers, managers and other designers.

• Preparation and transfer of design to development (Figma).

• Participation in reviews, discussions and improvement current products.

• Maintenance and updating of existing interfaces.

Requirements

• Minimum work experience of 3 months or the availability of training/project work (pet projects, internships).

• Confident command of Figma (Layout, Components, Variants).

• Understanding the principles UI/UX, typography, grids, color schemes.

• Basic prototyping and user flow skills.

• Understanding responsive design and features of web/mobile interfaces.

• Willingness to learn, grow and improve your skills.

• Responsibility, attentiveness and accuracy in work.

Will be a plus

• Skills in working with illustrations or icons.

• Basic knowledge of animation tools (for example, Protopie or Figma Smart Animate).

• Understanding the basics of HTML/CSS.

• Experience participating in team projects.
