Junior Test Lead in Next Technology at FlexDev Sp. z o.o. Sp. k.

As a Junior Test Lead you will be responsible for managing UAT team, providing feedback and meeting with the business clients. Collaborate and cooperate with the development team and key business users work, as a member of a team to ensure that software products and services meet business requirements, end-user requirements and specific industry standards. Together with other testers you will participate in defining approaches to build effective test designs and run testing as well as prepare of effective and reliable estimates for all Quality Assurance activities during the project development life cycle. We will support you in creating your career path. You will work between Monday and Friday, from 9 a.m. till 5 p.m.

You have:

• Leadership abilities and desire to develop in this area
• Fluent English on B2/C1 level
• Previous experience of test analysis, design and scripting
• Knowledge of testing lifecycle
• Strong attention to detail
• Methodical approach to problem solving
• Excellent communication skills
• Client focus and ability to work as part of a team

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in working with clients
• Previous experience with project management
• Professional accreditation (such as ISTQB/ ISEB)
• Knowledge of the following tools (e.g. TFS, Microsoft Test Manager or similar)
