Junior Technical Writer in Ajax Systems

R&D, which consists of four departments: System, Device, Automation and QA, is responsible for the development of devices at Ajax.

The team does not just write texts or make stickers. They create materials without which no device will enter the homes of our or foreign users. The speed of launches, unblocking of markets and the peace of certification commissions depend not least on the quality of printed products produced by PrintProd.

We are currently looking for a person to strengthen the team.

Tasks:

• development of technical texts in Ukrainian and English for printed instructions for devices;
• development of concepts for certification stickers for devices;
• adaptation and translation of texts from English to other foreign (Romano-Germanic and Slavic) languages with the help of appropriate software;
• editing and proofreading of instructions, updating information provided in the texts of instructions;
• compilation of technical specifications and design editing for the designer;
• proofing the final layouts of the instructions in Figma;
• active communication with Ajax device developers in order to create the most useful and qualitatively adapted to user requirements instructions.

Required knowledge and skills:

• experience in writing technical texts or user instructions;
• skills in working with tools: Google docs, Confluence, Jira, Figma (basic knowledge) skills;
• maximum attention to detail and responsibility in the process of creating and/or editing texts;
• English language at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate.
