Junior Technical Support Specialist (L1) in SpaceWhale, LLC

Requirements:1+ year of experience customer service in a help desk, service desk, technical support; Upper-Intermediate level of Spoken and written English is a must; Responsibility, initiative, self-organization, strive to learn;Experience providing remote support for client, server, and web-based applications; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to details; Flexibility to occasional shifts, including night ones. As a plus:Experience with CRM; Experience on a similar position preferably in Fintech direction;Excellent problem investigation and solving skills; Diploma, certificates, or other IT designations. Responsibilities:Daily supporting internal customers all over the world, handling complaints; Assisting clients during integration with our systems;Providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; Providing prompt and accurate feedback to customers; Collaborating with other teams to drive continuous improvement of internal and external processes; Stay current with system information, changes, and updates.
