Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience customer service in a help desk, service desk, technical support;
• Upper-Intermediate level of Spoken and written English is a must;
• Responsibility, initiative, self-organization, strive to learn;
• Experience providing remote support for client, server, and web-based applications;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to details;
• Flexibility to occasional shifts, including night ones.
As a plus:
• Experience with CRM;
• Experience on a similar position preferably in Fintech direction;
• Excellent problem investigation and solving skills;
• Diploma, certificates, or other IT designations.
Responsibilities:
• Daily supporting internal customers all over the world, handling complaints;
• Assisting clients during integration with our systems;
• Providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits;
• Providing prompt and accurate feedback to customers;
• Collaborating with other teams to drive continuous improvement of internal and external processes;
• Stay current with system information, changes, and updates.
