We are announcing the opening of a Junior technical support specialist

Requirements:

· secondary specialized (technical), partial higher education (preferably technical);

· experience of 1 year in the direction of user support, system support

· experience of working with the MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) an advantage

· awareness of modern trends in the development of computer and cellular equipment

Personal qualities:

· sociability, flexibility

a tendency to learn quickly

the ability to find optimal solutions for the client 400">Responsibilities:

· support of software applications (HelpDesk), user consultation

· administration and user role settings

equipment for users (smartphones, tablets)

· interaction with external suppliers (service companies, software providers)

· participation in testing and implementation of software updates/additions
