Junior Technical Support (Q&A marketplace) in SKELAR

Howly is a Ukrainian startup within the ecosystem of the multi-product company and venture builder SKELAR. We aim to revolutionize the online consulting industry and are working to make it possible. We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist, who will communicate with our customers via chat, assisting them with any technical-related issues.

Responsibilities:

— Assist customers via chat when it comes to technical matters in English;
— Assist customers with different requests such as “I forgot my Gmail password, how do I reset it?”, “Help reinstall Windows”, “Cannot connect to the printer :(”
— Receive not more than 3 chats per moment;
— Follow all the necessary guides to provide quality service;
— Work in Zendesk and Zendesk Chat. Knowing this software will be a plus;
— Monitor the new requests with the same priorities during the shift.

Requirements:

— English spoken and written: an Upper Intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1) level;

Will be a plus:

— 6 months+ of experience working in a customer support or billing support department;
— Experience dealing with difficult customers;
— Have a good understanding of popular software, online services, and different operating systems.

Minimal system requirements:

— Internet speed of 25 Mbps or greater;
— Download speed of 1 Mbps or greater;
— Upload speed of 6 Mbps or greater;
— At least 5 GB of RAM;
— Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 Quad Core.
